Paytime
- each hour you get money and r-point. With r-points you can get higer lvl
- you need to be online at least 30 min to get Paytime

Level
- for get higer lvl you need r-points
- when you reach full r-points (10/10, 12/12...) you need buy lvl in 24/7

Chat
t - local chat betwen Players (30m)
/me [text] - most used for RP (30m)
/s [text] - shout (200m)
/o [text] - OOC, all Players can see that chat
/b [text] - OOC but Local, just Players near you can see it
/ad [text] - you can make it each minute. Dont abuse it and dont use CAPS in it
/irc [text] - to talk with admins
